Workflow reports enable teams to evaluate progress at the workflow level and unlock actionable insights through AI-driven analytics. These reports provide insights into detailed workflow-level performance and real-time metrics to optimize customer service workflows and enhance decision-making. Workflow reports analyze the efficiency of the processes and stages through which tasks progress. They often feature data on task distribution across stages, time spent in each stage, and the identification of process bottlenecks.
A workflow report might show that tasks spend an average of 2 days in the "In Progress" stage but 4 days in the "Testing" stage, suggesting that the testing phase may require additional resources or process optimization. Additionally, a workflow report can also be generated based on the artifacts used in the initiative.
