A Delivery Review Meeting helps assess the effectiveness of the workflow and the deliverables in creating business value for the customer. Stakeholders involved in the initiative discuss metrics such as cycle time, lead time, WIP limits, and others, to evaluate the effectiveness of the solution delivered and identify improvement opportunities for future business value delivery. Typically, this meeting lasts 30 to 60 minutes and is held at the end of each week and/or at the end of service delivery.
