Form Kanban Team

In this process, the team responsible for implementing the Kanban Workflow is identified. The Kanban Team consists of the Product Owner, Kanban Manager, and Team Members. The Product Owner and Kanban Manager play key roles in managing the workflow and producing outputs that drive value creation. In some cases, the Product Owner may also serve as the Kanban Manager, depending on the team’s structure and requirements. Team members are individuals with the necessary skill sets to develop specialized products or deliver solutions that support the initiative’s goals
