Review Completed Deliverables (Optional)

In this process, the Kanban Team demonstrates the completed deliverables to the Product Owner and relevant stakeholders to secure their acceptance. However, this is an optional process, as seeking formal approval for Task Groups and Tasks is not mandatory.
