8.1.1.1 Kanban Team*

The Kanban Team plays a crucial role in reviewing completed deliverables. They are responsible for performing quality assurance checks, testing the functionality of deliverables, and providing feedback on overall quality. Additionally, the team can identify lessons learned from the workflow and share them to support continuous improvement.

Figure 8-3 illustrates a Kanban Dashboard that Kanban Teams and business stakeholders can use to review completed products for approval or rejection:

Figure 8-3 above shows a Kanban Dashboard in an AI-enabled Kanban tool, displaying tasks organized into columns by status, with color-coded cards representing different work items across various project stages. This facilitates review and approval or rejection of completed products.

The completed deliverables are the tangible outputs of the development work and these may include software releases, reports, or other products. The review process involves assessing the quality, functionality, and performance of these deliverables.

8.1.1.4 Kanban Backlog*

The Kanban Backlog can be used to identify future work items related to completed deliverables. By reviewing the backlog, the team can ensure that the completed work aligns with the overall product vision.
